Empire Auto Detailers is founded by Damon and Natasha Gadson.

Damon Gadson has had a passion for auto detailing all his life. This passion was instilled in him by his father, Willie Gadson at a very young age. Damon's entrepreneurial spirit was fostered by his mother Joanne Smith and step father Milton Smith, whom both are entrepreneurs in the social work field.

Through the years, Damon has provided various levels of auto care for members of his family. Damon has always taken pride in making cars look their best. In 2005, Damon decided to turn his passion into his dream business and founded Empire Auto Detailers. Besides being the Founder and CEO of Empire, Damon is also licensed to perform auto detailing.

In addition to his enthusiasm for auto detailing, Damon also has over 10 years experience in telecommunication sales, marketing and operations. Prior to founding Empire, for the last 4 years while at WorldCell TravelComm, Damon has been responsible for full P&L with overall general management of TravelComm's rental phone business. In an extremely competitive environment, Damon maintained revenue targets, decreased cost and launched several new products.

Before working at WorldCell in August of 2004, Damon was a key member of the RCN telesales management team concentrating on voice, video and data services to residential customers.

Damon holds a B.A. in Political Science from Morgan State University and is a member of Tenacious, Talented and Capable Organization based in Baltimore, Md.

Damon's goal is to mirror the success he has had in the telecommunications industry and bring a new and distinctive approach to auto detailing.

Natasha L. Gadson is a teacher, writer, consultant, a performer, and a minister ordained in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Morgan State University, an M.A. in Organizational Communication from Howard University and a Master of Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary. In addition, Natasha is an educator, having taught courses in communication at Howard University and Prince George's Community College. Natasha is also the creator and Executive Director of KerygmaWord LLC, an organization designed to inspire and empower beyond limitations through leadership development, research, and the creative arts.
