Empire Auto Detailers is founded by Damon and Natasha Gadson.

Damon Gadson
Co-Founder and President

Damon Gadson has had a passion for auto detailing all his life. This passion was instilled in him by his father, Willie Gadson at a very young age. Damon’s entrepreneurial spirit was fostered by his mother Joanne Smith and step father Milton Smith, whom both are entrepreneurs in the social work field.

Through the years, Damon has provided various levels of auto care for members of his family. Damon has always taken pride in making cars look their best. In 2006, Damon decided to turn his passion into his dream business and founded Empire Auto Detailers. Besides being the Founder and President of Empire, Damon is also licensed to perform auto detailing.

Damon holds a B.A. in Political Science from Morgan State University and is a member of Tenacious, Talented and Capable Organization based in Baltimore, Md.

Damon’s goal is to bring a new and distinctive approach to auto detailing focused on exceeding customer expectations, using the best biodegradable products on the market while providing the most professional auto care service.

Natasha Gadson
Co-Founder

Natasha L. Gadson is a teacher, writer, consultant, a performer, and a minister ordained in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Morgan State University, an M.A. in Organizational Communication from Howard University and a Master of Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary. In addition, Natasha is an educator, having taught courses in communication at Howard University and Prince George's Community College. Natasha is also the creator and Executive Director of KerygmaWord LLC, an organization designed to inspire and empower beyond limitations through leadership development, research, and the creative arts.

Shaun Rodney
Field Director and Minority Partner

Shaun Rodney brings over 15 years of experience to the Empire Auto Detailing family. As Auto Detail Technician Manager, Shaun establishes ongoing relationships with clients and ensures that all work meets the Empire standard. Having developed a love for auto detailing at a young age, Shaun spent many years becoming educated about the industry and developing his wide range of skills. As a master technician and certified detailer, Shaun is dedicated to the training and development of the entire Empire staff.

Shaun is experienced and trained to remove tough interior stains, remove light scratches that may appear in a car’s paint, engine shampooing and is a hi-speed buffing professional.

Prior to joining Empire, Shaun owned and operated M+S Auto Detailers based in Baltimore, MD. Shaun is a licensed and certified detailer as well as a graduate of The Harcourt Learning Center for Automotive after care.
